Systems Program Manager
Description -
Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Systems Program Manager to lead program development and product launches. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring that products and programs are successfully brought to market. The Systems Program Manager will play a critical role in bridging product, engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality launches on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of product and program launches from concept through release.
• Define and manage program scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Partner with product management, engineering, marketing, operations, and supply chain to ensure launch readiness.
• Track and manage dependencies, risks, and issues to keep launches on track.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, communicate updates, and maintain program documentation.
• Ensure alignment between development teams and business requirements.
• Monitor progress, escalate challenges, and drive timely resolutions.
• Support post-launch reviews and continuous improvement for future programs.
• Standardize and optimize processes, tools, and templates to improve launch efficiency.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or product launch roles.
• Proven success managing cross-functional products or program launches in a large organization.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, including executive reporting and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Certifications
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent project/program management certification a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification a plus.
• Familiarity with HP product development and launch processes is strongly preferred.
