Job Description We are seeking a Program Manager to join our dynamic Monetization Incentives Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program and project management across business and technical teams and a proven ability to lead end-to-end execution of complex operational initiatives, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver measurable outcomes under tight deadlines. Responsibilities: Oversee project deliverables, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes.

Partner with Compliance, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Engineering, and Legal to deliver programs and drive process improvements. Translate business plans into technical solutions that enable automation, including feasibility input, coordination, and milestone tracking. Develop internal and external communications, reports, and collateral to support program execution.

Manage inbound questions, queries, and escalations from internal and external stakeholders. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to improve program effectiveness. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong operational background with 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

Experience working with distributed teams across time zones. Strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail. Demonstrated collaboration with Engineering, Product Management, and Data Engineering to deliver results.

Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to use data to drive insights and initiatives. Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides. Preferred Skills: Experience with deal registration processes and partner programs in tech, SaaS, or platform environments.

Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles, including partner-led and direct motions. Understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and deal registration tools. Background in Deal Desk, Incentives, and/or Sales Operations, including deal structuring and incentive program design.

Experience operating in a matrixed, global organization. Soft Skills: Self-starter who prioritizes workstreams and communicates priorities to leadership and stakeholders. Ability to connect the dots with minimal supervision.
