We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from initial design through to successful launch and post-production support. In this role, you will act as the connective tissue between technical development teams and executive stakeholders, ensuring that complex projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with our strategic business goals.
The ideal candidate is a master of "the follow-up"-someone who can translate high-level executive vision into actionable project plans, hold diverse teams accountable, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of technology programs, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships across the organization and present project status, risks, and milestones to executive leadership.
Operational Excellence: Drive results by maintaining meticulous project documentation, tracking budgets, and managing complex schedules using tools like MS Project, Jira, and Smartsheet.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead global teams across different time zones, resolving conflicts and ensuring all contributors are aligned on objectives.
