Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling to clients facing mental health concerns in the context of substance abuse treatment.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that integrate best practices and innovative therapies.
  • Implement and administer therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), specifically tailored for individuals in recovery.
  • Maintain meticulous clinical records that comply with legal and ethical standards while ensuring confidentiality and patient privacy.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, sharing insights and strategies for improved outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role centers on working with a diverse clientele impacted by substance abuse and mental health issues. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license recognized by the state of Texas.
  • A minimum of one year of clinical experience directly related to substance abuse therapy.
  • Proficient knowledge of solution-based interventions and therapeutic best practices.
