Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Evolve Social Work Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Delivering psychotherapy and therapeutic interventions to individuals confronting mental health and substance abuse challenges.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans using evidence-based solution-focused methodologies.
• Utilizing therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical records that comply with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for patients.
• Providing education to patients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources within the community.
• Staying abreast of the latest research to integrate innovative practices into your therapy sessions.
• Managing a defined caseload while continuously monitoring treatment progress and meeting established therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on diverse individuals seeking recovery from substance abuse, ranging from adolescents to adults. You will be instrumental in fostering resilience and providing support, guiding each patient through their unique recovery journey while addressing co-occurring mental health disorders.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, particularly in substance abuse therapy.
• Proficient knowledge of solution-focused interventions and therapeutic techniques.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 1 year of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in a clinical setting focused on substance use disorders or dual diagnosis treatment will be prioritized. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital record-keeping systems will enhance your effectiveness in this remote role.

Compensation and Benefits
