As an entry level Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to contribute new and fresh perspectives to improve daily functions throughout our marketing and sales programs, training procedures, and company culture.
Responsibilities:
  • Meeting face-to-face with current and potential customers on a daily basis
  • Deliver a superior customer service experience to existing and prospective customers by establishing trust and a sense of comfortability
  • Increase sales for the client and the company to ensure goals are met
  • Engaging with hundreds of people a day in a fast-paced retail setting
