Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cross-functional vehicle activities to ensure key timelines, commitments, and business priorities are met.
  • Monitor open vehicle orders and proactively identify and resolve blockers related to credit, production, parts availability, accessories, transportation, documentation, and other dependencies.
  • Own and facilitate the recurring cross-functional vehicle operating cadence, including priorities, risks, decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines.
  • Participate in new product development and coordinate commercialization activities from development through launch, including pricing, purchasing, compliance, marketing, sales readiness, and dealer communications.
  • Serve as the internal program owner for the MadJax LSV program, including state registrations, licensing, renewals, regulatory documentation, and coordination with Legal.
  • Manage administrative processes related to LSV dealer agreements, state requirements, VIN/MSO/title documentation, renewal tracking, and supporting records.
  • Establish and maintain a centralized source of truth for vehicle-related documentation, timelines, compliance information, decisions, and key program materials.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to simplify processes, improve visibility, reduce manual work, automate workflows, and eliminate unnecessary internal or dealer-facing friction.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on key initiatives, risks, unresolved issues, and decisions requiring escalation.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Program Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with project management, collaboration, and reporting tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Power BI, ERP systems, or similar platforms.

Preferred

  • Experience in automotive, powersports, golf cars, recreational vehicles, or a related industry.
  • Experience supporting product launches, manufacturing, supply chain, or commercial operations.
  • Experience working with regulatory, licensing, or compliance-related processes.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Vehicle orders and major program initiatives are executed on time with fewer preventable delays.
  • Cross-functional teams have clear ownership, deadlines, and visibility into priorities and risks.
  • Product launches and accessories are operationally ready to support planned sales activity.
  • LSV registrations, licenses, renewals, and supporting documentation remain current and organized.
  • Vehicle information is maintained in a reliable, centralized repository that teams can easily access.
  • Internal processes become simpler, more scalable, and easier for employees and dealers to navigate.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Primarily office-based role with regular collaboration across functional teams and operating locations.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to company facilities, suppliers, industry events, or other business locations as needed.
