What you'll do
The Brand Immersion Program Specialist is the experiential storyteller and program owner behind Scout Motors' most immersive learning moments. This role equips Sales and Support teams with the product expertise and brand fluency needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences - translating Scout's heritage, product depth, and EV innovation into compelling, customer-facing narratives.
This role owns the end-to-end design, execution, and evolution of Scout's flagship Brand Immersion Program at the Experience Center in Blythewood, SC, including an on-track drive experience and the fleet that powers it. Through facilitation, coaching, content development, and experiential program management, the specialist drives consistent brand messaging, product launch readiness, and continuous performance improvement across every customer-facing channel - while becoming a recognized expert in the long and proud heritage of Scout as a brand and a company.

Brand Immersion Program Ownership โ€ข Blythewood Experience Center
  • Design, execute, and continuously improve Scout's Brand Immersion Program, anchored at the Experience Center in Blythewood, SC.
  • Lead the coordination and delivery of experiential learning, including the on-track drive program and hands-on vehicle experiences.
  • Manage the operational readiness, scheduling, maintenance coordination, and utilization of the program's vehicle fleet.
  • Recruit, onboard, schedule, and quality-manage contract drive coaches; serve as the primary point of accountability for their performance and brand alignment.
  • Define program standards, facilitation playbooks, and safety protocols that elevate immersive brand storytelling through experience.
  • Partner with Facilities, Legal, Risk, and Vehicle Operations to ensure safe, compliant, and premium guest experiences.
  • Measure program effectiveness and iterate to improve engagement, knowledge retention, and brand affinity.

Training Delivery & Facilitation
  • Develop and deliver training on new products, features, and brand messaging.
  • Deliver engaging, brand-aligned sessions across instructor-led (ILT), virtual (VILT), and asynchronous formats.
  • Facilitate onboarding, product launches, and capability-building programs for diverse audiences - from new hires to seasoned sales professionals.
  • Adapt facilitation style to suit audience needs, learning objectives, and regional nuances.
  • Serve as a role model for facilitation excellence, embodying Scout's brand values and leadership expectations.

Onboarding & Enterprise Brand/Product Deep Dives
Within the next 12-18 months, this role will lead delivery of brand and product deep-dive training as part of Scout's company-wide onboarding experience.

  • Own execution of the Ambassador Program training curriculum, ensuring consistent brand representation and customer experience standards.
  • Equip Ambassadors with the messaging, product knowledge, and storytelling tools needed to represent Scout effectively across channels and events.
  • Maintain an ongoing enablement cadence - refreshers, launch updates, and certifications - to keep the Ambassador community fluent and current.

Product & Brand Expertise
  • Translate complex product features into customer-friendly language that supports sales enablement and brand storytelling.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Scout's product roadmap, competitive positioning, and customer experience strategy.
  • Support in-store and field coaching to reinforce product knowledge and selling behaviors.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure training content is accurate, timely, and strategically aligned.

Program Development & Content Creation
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design scalable, blended learning programs.
  • Create training materials including presentations, videos, job aids, FAQs, and microlearning assets.
  • Ensure content reflects adult learning principles, instructional design best practices, and brand voice.

Performance Coaching & Field Enablement
  • Conduct on-site and virtual coaching sessions focused on sales process, customer engagement, and product positioning.
  • Assess learner performance through observation, discussion, and formal evaluations.
  • Provide actionable feedback to learners and leadership to drive behavior change and improve KPIs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with regional managers, store leaders, and HQ teams to identify training needs and align on priorities.
  • Provide feedback to program designers and L&D teams to refine content and delivery.
  • Participate in train-the-trainer initiatives and support enterprise learning programs.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Stay current on facilitation trends, adult learning theory, and emerging experiential learning technologies.
  • Analyze course feedback and learner data to improve training effectiveness and engagement.
  • Champion a learner-first mindset and foster a culture of growth, inclusion, and excellence.

Location & Travel Expectations:
  • This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Charlotte, North Carolina / Blythewood, South Carolina.
  • This role requires 4-5 days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings and events.
  • Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Education, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product training, brand education, sales enablement, or experiential learning programs.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Familiarity with automotive product cycles and customer experience.
  • Familiarity with Electric Vehicles, charging, and common consumer EV conversations is a must.

Preferred Skills
  • Behind-the-wheel drive coaching experience, or prior management of a vehicle-based drive program utilizing contract coaches, strongly preferred.
  • Ability to translate technical features into customer-friendly language and communicate with clarity and impact.
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, Kirkpatrick).
  • Experience in automotive training strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and event-driven timelines.
  • Experience coordinating fleet logistics, event operations, or experiential venues a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Scout brand heritage a plus.
  • Experience with blended learning design and delivery.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Pay Transparency
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial Base Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $97,500.00
