Description

Position reports to the Senior PMO Manager. Primary duties may include but not limited to:

  • Provides high-level program management to the organization 
  • Program and resource management
  • Scheduling and coordination of projects
  • Allocation and assignment of qualified resources
  • Ensure all programs, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization's established policies and objectives
  • Provide job opportunity evaluation and bid strategy input as well as technical input for proposal preparation
  • Aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts
  • Principal point of contact with client for all program issues
  • Responsible for effective management of funds, personnel, and contract deliverables
  • Customer management and interface


Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline 
  • Minimum of 8 years related technical experience
  • 4 years management experience
