Our client seeks a senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-team technology programs within Wi-Fi and CPE Engineering. The role will align program delivery to strategic initiatives, drive detailed cross-functional plans across 20 to 30 workstreams, and ensure governance, risk management, and stakeholder satisfaction. The Program Manager will orchestrate interdependent projects, manage budgets and schedules from inception through delivery, and continuously identify opportunities to improve cost, performance, and timelines in a fast-paced development environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage highly complex or enterprise-wide IT programs composed of multiple projects.
  • Align project and program delivery with strategic initiatives and goals.
  • Establish and enforce governance controls across projects and programs.
  • Create, maintain, and drive detailed integrated plans spanning 20 to 30 teams or workstreams.
  • Plan and implement schedules, managing scope from inception through delivery.
  • Define and report program roadmap, status, development issues, and success metrics.
  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate program and project risks.
  • Coordinate interdependencies and allocate resources across projects.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve cost, performance, and schedule.
  • Build and manage program budgets and facilitate communication among teams.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and satisfaction at working, management, and senior leadership levels.
  • Maintain awareness of trends, business conditions, and internal practices impacting projects and programs.

Experience Requirements:
  • 5 to 10 years of program or technical program management experience.
  • Expert knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle including requirements, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Proven ability to lead complex deliveries across many teams and workstreams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for audiences from working teams to senior leadership.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ownership and drive.
  • Success operating in fast-paced, changing development environments.
  • Experience identifying and implementing process enhancements.
  • Telecommunications background.
