Program managers ensure that projects within a program are executed efficiently, risks are managed, and benefits are realized. Unlike project managers, who handle individual projects, program managers oversee a collection of projects to deliver greater value.

Program managers need strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate multiple projects and teams effectively. They also require strategic thinking and proficiency with project management tools like MS Project or Jira.
