School Psychologist **8/24-11/4 Coverage**
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Model: Full-time | Onsite
School Year: 2026โ€“2027

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking passionate and dedicated School Psychologists to join our team for the 2026โ€“2027 school year. We partner with school districts across the country, providing school-based opportunities for School Psychologists in a variety of settings. Whether you're looking for a full-time, part-time, on-site, hybrid, or remote role, we have options that will fit your needs!

What You'll Be Doing*:

  • Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
  • Interpret assessment results to identify students' strengths and areas of need, informing educational planning and interventions.
  • Provide counseling and therapeutic services to students individually or in groups to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement interventions and support plans for students.
  • Participate in various district and school meetings (e.g., Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, MTSS meetings, manifestation determination meetings, etc.).
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed to students, families, and school staff.
  • Conduct research and program evaluation to inform evidence-based practices and interventions within the school setting.
  • Stay current with laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to school psychology practice.
  • Participate in professional development activities and continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge in school psychology.

  • Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Active state School Psychologist certification or licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state where you are applying
  • NCSP Certification (not required)
  • Experience conducting psychological assessments to students in an educational setting preferred
