This position is fully remote but deeply integrated with our outpatient office team. You will operate in a collaborative virtual setting, engaging with fellow therapists and psychological professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Assess clients' mental health needs and challenges, developing personalized treatment plans that target specific goals and outcomes.
• Utilize diagnostic assessments and progress evaluations to track client improvements and adapt treatment strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychologists and social workers, to provide holistic care that addresses both mental health and social supports.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and notes in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case reviews, share insights, and stay updated on the latest therapeutic methodologies.

As an LMFT at Serene Steps, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Your expertise will help guide clients from various backgrounds through their unique challenges, fostering resilience and facilitating positive change. • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
• At least two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services within a similar context.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and formulating effective treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to create rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A strong commitment to ethical practice and ongoing education in the fields of social justice and cultural competence.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation tools, enhancing the efficiency of remote therapy practices.
• Specialized training or certifications in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Familiarity with community resources and support networks that can complement therapy and enhance client well-being.
