Skills and attributes for success:
-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Provides technical support for records management programs, dockets, records center, or other information services under the supervision of a Records Information Manager.
-ย ย ย ย ย ย  May assist in planning and program development, analysis of records or docket management problems, and design of strategies to meet ongoing records or docket management needs.
-ย ย ย ย ย ย  Specific technical duties may vary according to the needs of the work site and include, but are not limited to, response to inquiries; collection maintenance and retrieval tasks; metadata review and input; equipment maintenance; and use of automated information systems, such as the Federal Docket Management System (FDMS).

Qualifications:
-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย At Level III, the personnel must have at least three (3) years of records management experience.
-ย ย ย ย ย  Experience with at least one automated information system is required.
-ย ย ย ย ย  A college degree is preferred but not required.
