Business Management Associates (BMA) is seeking a Program Analyst to work to support agency and the management of vaccine clinics, COVID-19 testing, and other projects as assigned. This position will be responsible for planning, executing, and improving business processes related to the COVID-19 response. Specifically, will work with a program manager, senior staff, and stakeholders to ensure test results are collected, recorded, reported, and follow-up actions are taken. The incumbent may act as program manager when the program manager is absent and may supervise a data management specialist, a COVID-19 Testing Strike Team, and Vaccine Strike Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Provides daily support in identifying and confirming COVID-19 positive results for persons who are experiencing homelessness. Coordinates follow-up with internal and external stakeholders in confirming results and in follow-up steps if a positive result is confirmed.
  • Reconciles reports and manipulates data from various sources to identify new COVID-19 positive test results, prepares and submits periodic reports for various stakeholders. Creates daily reports for team members (both internal and external) by gathering, merging, and "cleaning" data from various databases.
  • Coordinates mass testing events stakeholders and partner organizations including low-barrier shelters if a positive COVID-19 case is identified.
  • Supports data reconciliation and integration efforts for the COVID-19- vaccination efforts led by agencies.
  • Ensures Strike Teams are trained, scheduled, deployed per guidance.
  • Coordinates with contractors to ensure proper staffing.
  • Coordinates with Logistics Team

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Applicants selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years' analytical experience.
