Summary
The Sr. Associate, Business and Program Management serves as a senior strategic and operational leader supporting Ada's global executive team. This role functions as an extension of executive leadership-driving enterprise-wide alignment, operational excellence, and execution of Ada's most critical priorities across regions and functions. Acting as both a trusted advisor and execution leader, this role owns the global Rhythm of Business, executive reporting, cross-functional program delivery, and leadership enablement. The ideal candidate brings strong business judgment, anticipates executive needs, and consistently converts strategy into measurable outcomes in a complex, fast-growing global environment.
Responsibilities
  • Operationalize and evolve Ada's Rhythm of Business (ROB), including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual operating cadences.

  • Act as the North America Chief of Staff and strategic thought partner to Ada senior leadership, supporting prioritization, decision-making, and execution of enterprise strategy.

  • Lead and govern high-impact, cross-functional programs spanning development, design, construction, operations, and corporate functions across multiple geographies.

  • Drive Regional business reviews, executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and narrative reporting for executive and board-level audiences.

  • Translate strategic objectives into clear, measurable goals; ensure accountability through structured tracking, reviews, and follow-through.

  • Manage executive priorities and preparation, ensuring leadership time and focus are aligned to the highest-value outcomes.

  • Serve as the central point of coordination across regions and functions, synthesizing inputs, managing dependencies, and resolving escalations.

  • Partner closely with Global Functions to execute Regional organizational planning, talent reviews, leadership development, and internal communications.

  • Establish and maintain scalable BPMO systems, governance models, and operating standards that enable global consistency with regional flexibility.

  • Identify and lead opportunities to streamline workflows, improve decision velocity, and drive operational efficiency through process improvement and automation.

  • Provide limited executive operational and administrative support as required to ensure seamless execution.

Skills & Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in program management, business operations, consulting, or Chief of Staff / Business Manager roles within global organizations.

  • Demonstrated experience operating at the executive level, partnering closely with senior leadership.

  • Strong strategic mindset combined with disciplined operational execution.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across senior stakeholders.

  • Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across regions.

  • Advanced proficiency in executive reporting, business analytics, and enterprise productivity tools

  • Experience in digital infrastructure, data centers, or capital-intensive industries strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Compensation
The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.
$180,000.00 - $210,000.00
