Sr. Compass Rose Implementation Consultant

Location: Remote


Must-Haves:

  • Compass Rose Certification
  • 5+ years of hands-on Compass Rose implementation experience
  • 3-5 years of Assignment & Attribution (A&A) Loader experience
  • Proven experience supporting Compass Rose implementations from design through go-live and post-production support
  • Experience implementing and optimizing Compass Rose for:
  • Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
  • Advanced Primary Care Management (APCM)
  • Transitional Care Management (TCM)
  • Complex Care Management (CCM)
  • Care Management
  • Strong understanding of care management workflows, population health operations, and value-based care programs
  • Experience translating business and clinical requirements into Compass Rose design and configuration
  • Ability to identify implementation risks and provide mitigation strategies
  • Experience creating workflow documentation, training materials, and operational readiness plans
  • Recognized Compass Rose SME with the ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members

  • Assist with the build, testing, and deployment of the final two Compass Rose programs targeted for December 2026 go-live
  • Support Assignment & Attribution (A&A) Loader activities, including ongoing roster loading and validation within the production environment
  • Partner with project leadership to maintain momentum on an aggressive implementation timeline and ensure successful go-live milestones
  • Provide strategic guidance and best practices for Compass Rose implementation
  • Lead design sessions, workflow reviews, and stakeholder discussions
  • Translate operational and clinical requirements into Compass Rose solutions
  • Identify implementation risks and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Mentor and coach internal team members on Compass Rose functionality and best practices
  • Develop workflow documentation, training materials, and readiness plans
  • Support testing, training, go-live activities, stabilization, and post-production support
  • Must not work in a silo; expected to partner closely with project leadership and team members throughout the implementation lifecycle

Insight Global is seeking a Compass Rose Implementation Consultant for an enterprise‐level academic health system in Maryland. This individual will serve as a senior Compass Rose subject matter expert supporting a large-scale care management implementation across MTM, APCM, TCM, CCM, and Care Management programs. The ideal candidate will bring extensive Compass Rose implementation experience, strong A&A Loader expertise, and the ability to provide strategic guidance while mentoring a team with limited Compass Rose experience. This consultant will play a critical role in accelerating project delivery, minimizing risk, and partnering closely with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation through go-live and stabilization.
