Implementation transforms new customers into power users. We lead the onboarding experience for companies adopting Brex Empower, helping them shift from outdated processes to a modern, employee-first approach. It's a role that blends customer empathy, project management, technical expertise, process design, and change management. We take personal ownership of our customers' long-term success, and we set customers up thoroughly so they can be with 'Brex for life'. As strategic advisors, we build trust, drive solutions with tenacity, deliver results fast, and work cross-functionally to make adoption seamless for customers.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Implementation Consultant, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our largest customers, guiding them through a successful launch of the Brex platform. Acting as a hybrid coach, project manager, and product expert, your primary goals will be to drive wide product adoption, deliver ongoing business value, and help customers transform their financial workflows.

Where you'll work

This role will be based in our Salt Lake City office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!

Responsibilities

  • Lead and project manage end-to-end global enterprise implementations and launches. This includes scoping customer outcomes, creating project plans, mobilizing stakeholders, configuring and testing the platform, and overseeing accounting software integrations.
  • Serve as a strategic consultant by working closely with customers to discover their business needs, leading design workshops, and coaching them on how to best use Brex to solve their challenges.
  • Drive customer success and adoption by developing strategies to ramp up spending activity, and providing global change management planning to guide clients on their communication approach, training materials, and execution.
  • Manage and cultivate customer relationships by building multi-threaded connections from senior leaders to day-to-day stakeholders, managing expectations, and working diligently to provide solutions to any challenges.
  • Act as a key cross-functional partner within the Brex account team, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to deliver a smooth customer experience and align on partner-led solutions.
  • Influence product development by adapting quickly to product changes, communicating them strategically to stakeholders, and providing a key voice into future iterations of the product roadmap.
  • Build and execute a prioritization strategy for managing multiple high-touch customer relationships effectively.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in customer-facing SaaS or consulting roles, including hands-on global project management or consulting work supporting complex, enterprise-level organizations.
  • A knack for leading complex customer engagements, with the ability to comfortably manage both technical and non-technical workstreams.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to resolve issues cross-functionally and deliver creative, customized solutions for a variety of customers.
  • A proven track record of building customer-centric processes and a strong sense of urgency to drive projects to completion while achieving desired business outcomes.

Bonus points

  • Hands-on implementation experience with Financial, Expense Management, Travel & Expense, or ERP software.
  • Additional domain expertise in any of the following areas: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Procurement, or Corporate Card Program Management.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $128,800 - $161,000 USD. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate's location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
