Job description


Position Overview:

The Implementation Manager will play a vital role in leading the definition, development and deployment of Kuder, Inc. products and services. This position will be responsible for overseeing the client’s onboarding experience by working in a team environment and guiding the various internal functions with several communication points to the client.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage multiple projects to ensure successful, high-quality service levels during client implementation.
  • Establish a strong rapport with clients and team members through effective organizational skills, excellent inter-personal and communication skills, and an excellent attitude towards work. Lead end to end project management responsibilities as new clients are implemented.
  • Define timelines, tasks and critical path issues to assure seamless and successful client implementation.
  • Maintain on-going and frequent communication with client and various stakeholders with the ability to have difficult conversations.
  • Manage the implementation to ensure milestones/metrics are met and client satisfaction is achieved.
  • Consults with business partners and clients to clarify and define complex project requirements, budgets, and business cases, including statements of work.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including comprehensive task list and realistic timelines.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Collaborate with appropriate subject matter experts to design solutions that meet the requirements of the project.
  • Prioritize project tasks and milestones to effectively meet the needs of the client and the business.
  • Investigate emerging and relevant technologies based on the technology direction and/or the business direction.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5-7 years of experience in client services and or account management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably with both domestic and international projects.
  • Solid technical background w/ knowledge and previous experience with IT project management and/or web development projects preferred.
  • Knowledge of PMI methodology and Agile methods.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to partner and interact with client executives, technical subject matter experts, and internal colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), webinar tools, Internet-based systems and programs, Microsoft Project and/or other similar project planning tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proven customer service orientation.
  • Detail oriented, organized, and have the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of competency.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of client personnel.
  • Proven record of execution to time and budget.
