Schedule: Part Time (must be available for weekend and holiday rotation)
Pay: 17.70-19.90 based on experience.
Touchmark on West Prospect is Fox Valley's leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, compassionate care, and engaging programs. We are seeking a Part-Time Life Enrichment Coordinator to design and lead meaningful, person-centered activities for residents in our Memory Care neighborhood.

What You'll Do:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant college coursework preferred. Must be 18 years old to work in this licensed neighborhood
  • Experience in social or recreational programming in a healthcare or senior living setting.
  • Patience, empathy, and creativity when engaging with residents living with dementia.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., move throughout the community, and transport residents to events.
