- Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, or another health and human service-related field.
- Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Social Worker (LSW), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Behavior Specialist (LBS)
- Experience in the behavioral health field with:
- Two years in a mental health setting.
- Two years working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
