Trend AI is seeking arelationship drivenBusiness Development Manager (BDM) to join our Channel Team, focusing onadvancingthe business'sgrowththrough our strategic partnership with CDW. This role is pivotal in expanding Trend AI's footprint by enabling CDW'svertical sales teamsandto educate CDW customers on Trend'scutting-edgecybersecurity solutions. The BDM will alsoparticipatedirectly in customer scoping, demos, and POC/POV engagements, helping uncover new opportunities and move them through the sales cycle with Trend sellers from discovery to closed-won.


Key Responsibilities

Channel Development & Enablement

  • Build and strengthen relationships within CDW's vertical markets (Healthcare, Financial Services, Education, State & Local, and Federal) sales teamsatthe direction of the vertical Channel Account Managers.

  • Partnership andexecution ofcreativesales campaignsto increase CDW'sproficiencyinshowcasingthe value ofTrendAIsolutions.

  • Support the vertical Channel Account Managers with their unique go-to-market businessobjectives.

  • Work withTrendAIand CDW sellers to ensuresales alignment andvertical renewals are quoted and customer migration to Vision One discussions occur as part of ourcross-sell/upsell and platform migration motion.

Customer Engagement

  • Identifycustomers in need ofTrendAIHealth Checks and help schedule customers with the support ofTrendAI'sCustomer Success Team.

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities through CDW's ecosystem.

  • Track andreportperformance metrics, including revenue growth, pipeline development, andenablement ofsuccess.

  • Work closely with Trend AI's Channel Marketing and Sales teams to design sales campaigns that resonate with CDW's customers.

Qualifications

  • Experience:Minimum4+ years in business development, channel sales, or partner management within the IT or cybersecurity industry.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and channel ecosystems. CompTIA Security+ certification and familiarity with Trend AI toolset is a plus.

  • Skills:Relationship building, excellent communication,and presentation skills; ability to influence and drive results through partners.

  • Preferred: Experience working at CDW insalescapacity.
