Our challenge

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Engagement Manager / Delivery Manager / Client Partner to drive successful delivery of technology and business transformation programs while growing strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client engagements, overseeing project delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, and driving account expansion through farming initiatives. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring a strong combination of delivery excellence, stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and business development capabilities.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Philadelphia, PA is$160k - $180k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships across business and technology functions.
  • Understand client business objectives and align delivery strategies accordingly.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Conduct regular governance meetings, business reviews, and executive presentations.
  • Delivery Management
  • Own end-to-end delivery of programs, projects, and managed services engagements.
  • Ensure successful execution of projects within scope, budget, quality, and timeline commitments.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including delivery managers, project managers, architects, engineers, and business analysts.
  • Establish delivery governance frameworks and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
  • Manage resource planning, utilization, forecasting, and capacity management.
  • Account Growth & Farming
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion through additional services, projects, and consulting offerings.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Partner with sales and leadership teams to create growth roadmaps for existing accounts.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across multiple service lines.
  • Support contract renewals, statement of work (SOW) creation, and commercial negotiations.

  • Own account P&L and ensure profitability targets are achieved.
  • Manage revenue forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, digital transformation, or technology delivery.
  • 5+ years in client-facing leadership roles such as Client Partner, Delivery Manager, Engagement Manager, Program Manager, or Account Manager.
  • Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and complex delivery engagements.
  • Experience owning account growth, farming, and revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience managing distributed and offshore delivery teams.
  • Experience within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Capital Markets, or Wealth Management domains.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, ITIL, or related certifications.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar engagements.
