JOB SUMMARY
The Strategic Program Delivery and Operations manager is a strategic and influential role designed to steer and innovate cloud operations and lead the transformation through Oracle Cloud ERP (and other project) implementations within Enterprise Finance and Supply Chain organizations. This position calls for a visionary leader who can blend technological acumen with strategic business insights to drive operational excellence and transformative outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cloud services and ERP systems, demonstrating an ability to navigate complex transformation initiatives with a focus on delivering value, enhancing operational efficiency, and achieving strategic business goals. This role demands a leader who is adept at fostering collaboration, inspiring innovation, and cultivating a culture that prioritizes purposeful execution, teamwork, and a customer-first approach. Through strategic direction and impactful leadership, the this manager will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the organization's cloud and ERP landscape, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and delivering sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity. Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority.
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of systems across Finance and other areas, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with business priorities through the management of the organization's portfolio of technology and non-technology initiatives from initiation through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Establish and report upon qualitative and quantitative measurements of project status and success.
  • Own all aspects of the cloud operations process lifecycle, including strategy, planning, and cloud governance, including the Change Advisory/Change Control Board, and oversee change management activities.
  • Drive operational excellence through the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, best practices, and procedures across all areas of operations. Define KPIs, metrics, and SLAs to measure and monitor performance, cost, and support baselines.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives for tools and processes to support the expansion of cloud services and customer base.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

EXPERIENCE
Required
  • 3 years of experience in management or leadership role.
  • 6 years of experience in project management.

Preferred
  • 5 years of experience in consulting, technology services, cloud operations, or related field.

SKILLS
  • Track record of driving transformational change, leading teams, developing talent, and building relationships
  • Outstanding customer focus, results orientation, strategic thinking, change advocate, continuous improvement, talent development
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

EDUCATION
Required
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.
