The Brand Licensing Program Coordinator is a hands-on, highly customer-ready role responsible for supporting and scaling our Brand Licensing program across the Americas region. Operating fluently across regions speaking English, Spanish and Portuguese, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients using our award and licensing performance data, helping them navigate onboarding and ensuring they have the necessary assets to execute their marketing activations.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Market Insights, and Customer Support teams to maintain a smooth operational workflow —from client setup through award delivery. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, enjoy managing structured processes, and look forward to working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Customer Program Coordination: Serve as the primary operational liaison for Americas customers' brand licensing reports and awards, guiding clients through onboarding, delivery, and program execution, including clear and precise explanation of underlying data methodologies.
  • Award Delivery & Asset Support : Coordinate the end-to-end award delivery, including creating report web pages, customizing templated collateral, and maintaining a client portal for organized asset distribution.
  • America’s Sales Team Support: Partner closely with the regional sales representatives to track which customers have won and licensed awards, ensuring timely fulfillment and supporting account administrative needs.
  • Launch Timeline Tracking: Maintain and monitor award launch timelines with customers to ensure marketing collateral and regional announcements are delivered on schedule.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with internal Product, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Market Insights teams to resolve customer inquiries to the right subject matter expert and flag workflow bottlenecks.
  • Data Organization & Verification: Assist with data management, verifying regional ISP and carrier naming conventions, and updating documentation to keep internal delivery pipelines clean and accurate.
  • Collateral & Case Study: Organize and archive client marketing use cases; maintain the library of brand case studies; and gather customer feedback to share with the broader Marketing team.

Knowledge & Skill:

  • Professional-grade verbal and written fluency in English.
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills; a proven ability to map out plans methodically and solve delivery roadblocks systematically.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, account management support, or program tracking - ideally with B2B technology or corporate environment.
  • Proven success managing customer-facing programs and building long-term client relationships across multiple geographies.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple administrative timelines simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail; comfortable working with structured data sheets, reports, and verifying technical information.
  • Exceptional customer-facing readiness; demonstrates the patience and articulateness required to walk clients through technical data methodologies in a sensible, methodical, and caring manner that establishes client trust and comfort.
  • Proficiency with standard corporate tools, specifically Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaborative project tracking tools.

Preferred

  • Professional proficiency in Spanish and / or Portuguese is highly preferred.
  • Educational background or early exposure to marketing campaigns, product positioning, or brand partnerships.
  • Familiarity with or interest in telecommunications, internet connectivity technology, or mobile network terminology. A proactive mindset focused on keeping process organized and finding administrative efficiencies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
