Job description

As the Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for customer follow-up, data entry, and basic administrative duties. The ideal candidate has good time management skills, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills. Pay range: $18 - $20 hourly.

What you'll do:

  • Customer service updates
  • Data entry - translating technician notes for entry into our Service database
  • File and photo organization - filing paper copies of forms as well as uploading photos and documents into our Service system
  • Assisting with calculations of technician work time
  • Gets to be a part of a customer's best experience: taking delivery of their new RV!
  • Working effectively as a team with Service, Parts, Sales, and store leadership
  • Teammate will be responsible for Social Media page in addition to assisting with Customer delivery coordination for new and used campers.

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in phone communication and multi-line phone use
  • The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Must be available on Saturdays (until 6PM)
  • Experience in event coordination
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • An awesome attitude!
  • Neat, clean and professional appearance
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
