Job Posting: Massage Therapist About the Role Real Thai Massage Therapy Wellness Centre is a growing wellness clinic dedicated to providing high-quality massage therapy services in a professional, welcoming, and client-focused environment. We are seeking a Massage Therapist to join our team and welcome applications from experienced Registered Massage Therapists, recent graduates, and students nearing completion of their massage therapy education.

We are committed to finding the right fit and are open to discussing a variety of working arrangements based on qualifications, experience, and mutual needs. Key Responsibilities Client Assessment & Treatment Client Assessment: Assess clients to determine appropriate treatment plans based on individual needs, goals, and conditions. Therapeutic Services: Provide safe, effective, and client-centered massage therapy treatments using appropriate techniques and professional judgment.

Treatment Adaptation: Adjust treatment approaches, pressure, and techniques as required to ensure client comfort, safety, and optimal outcomes. Client Monitoring: Monitor client response throughout treatment and modify or discontinue treatment as appropriate based on client feedback or contraindications. Ongoing Care: Provide recommendations and education regarding home care, stretching, wellness practices, and ongoing treatment needs as appropriate.

Client Care & Communication Client Communication: Clearly explain treatment approaches, techniques, expected outcomes, and relevant risks to clients. Client-Centered Care: Ensure clients understand their options and maintain the right to modify, pause, or discontinue treatment at any time. Professional Relationships: Maintain professional boundaries while fostering positive, respectful, and supportive client interactions.

Clinic Operations & Professional Practice Documentation: Maintain accurate, complete, and timely treatment records and SOAP notes in accordance with professional, legal, and clinic standards. Scheduling & Coordination: Manage availability, maintain punctuality, and collaborate with clinic staff to support efficient scheduling and client flow. Professional Standards: Adhere to applicable professional standards, ethical guidelines, clinic policies, and client confidentiality requirements.

Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive, respectful, and client-focused clinic environment while working collaboratively with the clinic team. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Completion of a recognized massage therapy program or current enrollment in a recognized massage therapy program nearing completion. Professional Requirements: Membership in a recognized massage therapy association is considered an asset.

Experience: Previous experience providing massage therapy services is an asset; however, new graduates and emerging professionals are encouraged to apply. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, massage therapy techniques, and treatment planning principles. Key Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
