About the Role

Weโ€™re looking for a high-energy, organized leader to run our Lilโ€™ Kickers youth soccer program and birthday party business at Sawmill Sports Hub in Chicago. This is a full-time role for someone who enjoys working with kids, leading a team, and creating a great experience for families.
No soccer experience required. This could be a great fit for someone from coaching, camps, schools, parks and rec, events, hospitality, or customer service.ย 
This positionโ€™s primary duty is the management and growth of the Lilโ€™ Kickers program and birthday party operations, with a focus on staff supervision, business performance, and customer experience.ย  This role is responsible for the overall management, performance, and strategic growth of both business lines, including staff leadership, operational oversight, and revenue generation.ย

Key Responsibilities

Program & Business Management
  • Own scheduling, registration, and performance outcomesย 
  • Monitor KPIs and implement improvementsย 
  • Drive revenue growth across both business linesย 
Leadership & Staff Management
  • Supervise and develop staffย 
  • Create schedules and ensure proper coverageย 
  • Provide coaching and performance feedbackย 
  • Interview, hire, onboard, train, and develop staff
Sales, Outreach & Marketing
  • Generate and convert leadsย 
  • Build community partnershipsย 
  • Collaborate with marketing effortsย 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in youth programming, sports management, recreation, or event operationsย 
  • Experience in a leadership role with staff supervision and accountabilityย 
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or program growthย 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skillsย 
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple operational prioritiesย 
  • Entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindsetย 
  • Schedule includes some evenings and weekends based upon class and party schedule
Physical Requirements

  • Ability to move throughout the facility to supervise staff, programs, and events, including standing and walking for extended periodsย 
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move equipment up to 50 pounds as needed to support operationsย
