Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing a variety of events, ensuring that every detail is meticulously planned and executed to meet client expectations. Eager to hire an Event Planning Coordinator/Program Coordinator on a temporary to permanent basis - FULLY remote. Hours are 8:30 - 5:00 Monday thru Friday. Will be ensuring that commitments are met on-schedule and within budget for the various events including webinars, seminars and conferences. Must have Corporate Event Planning experience.

  • Maintaining consistent communication with sales representatives and internal employees throughout the meeting planning process
  • Coordinating onsite and virtual meetings
  • Handle daily phone and email support up to and including communication with sales representatives and faculty
  • Running various reports
  • Setting up virtual credit cards for dinner meetings
  • Communication with Clients and Faculty
  • Ability to handle a high call and program volume
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be available to work flexible schedules and/or extended hours to meet clients’ business needs
  • Ideally seeking 2+ years’ experience in field or related area
  • Strong Excel skills – big plus
