Job description

The CENTER for Human Services, a leading provider of behavioral health care services, is seeking a Living Room Program Manager. (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the program coordinator and other leadership staff to plan and provide for 24/7 short-term crisis respite services in McLean County
  • Supervise and evaluate the program coordinator and oversee crisis respite staff and program
  • Work closely with CHS and other community providers, law enforcement, and physicians
  • Provide agency-wide and community training when requested
  • Share coverage duties as needed
Qualifications:
  • Masterโ€™s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Credentialed as a QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional)in the State of Illinois required
  • LCSW or LCPC licensure from the State of Illinois preferred; may obtain within a year of hire
  • Three years of experience in community behavioral health, social service setting, and/or crisis intervention preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid Illinois driverโ€™s license

Salary Range:$62,000 - $72,000 annually
