Job description

Volunteer with us to provide the best care to our patients and their families by making quick, meaningful phone calls every Thursday in our office. (or twice a month)

You'll be checking to ensure patients have the supplies and medications they need for the weekend - helping us "tuck them in". Typically, we ask that the volunteer comes in once a week for an hour or so to perform these calls. (If more than one volunteer, they could switch and do every other week)
