Job description

Enterprise AI Program Associate – Responsibilities
  • Manage the Enterprise AI use case pipeline, maintaining a centralized intake and tracking process and helping prioritize requests based on business impact, feasibility, and risk.
  • Coordinate pilot programs with business stakeholders and early adopters, define success criteria, track outcomes, and inform post‑pilot enterprise decisions.
  • Develop repeatable playbooks, workflow guidance, and supporting materials that help translate successful AI use cases into scalable enablement across teams and functions.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to synthesize usage, adoption, and feedback data into clear insights, recommendations, and program updates for leadership.
  • Aggregate feedback from pilots, office hours, and support channels, coordinate follow‑through with product, platform, and vendor partners, and track issue resolution through completion.
  • Support the execution of intake, approval, and governance processes by ensuring accurate documentation, clear status tracking, and adherence to established standards for AI use cases and agents.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, product operations, program management, strategy, or a related field, with demonstrated experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including experience structuring ambiguous problems, connecting disparate inputs, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing clear, concise deliverables and working effectively across business and technology teams.
  • Highly structured, detail‑oriented, and proactive, with experience operating effectively in a fast‑moving environment and influencing without direct authority.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI tools and data platforms, including Power Platform and Copilot Studio, is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Benefits and Compensation

Expected annual base salary range: $135,000 – $170,000. Additional compensation and benefits include comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, FSA), paid time off, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
