The Program Manager provides ongoing support to the direct care staff and other team members, which includes continuous teaching and providing feedback to the team regarding their skills implementation and overall performance. The Program Manager is also responsible for monitoring the progress of Individuals receiving services, writing progress on goals, conducting monthly clinical team meetings, and assisting in conducting assessments. The Program Manager will oversee the scheduling of staff, meetings, and other ongoing daily operations, and conducting performance reviews for the direct care staff.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Supervise and train direct care staff on implementation of the client’s goals
  • Create a data sheet for the client’s goals
  • Track progress of all clients enrolled in services
  • Check fidelity of implementation and data accuracy
  • Write daily progress notes and summaries of all clients
  • Teach and model implementation of programs as written in the Individualized Service Plan (ISP) of clients
  • Provides ongoing supervision and support to the direct care staff

Qualification

  • Degree not required we are looking for Experience.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in supervising and managing staff.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs. and/or demonstrate the ability to assist other individuals with physical disabilities in evacuations/drills, etc.
