O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable nonprofit organization to find their next Program Administrative Assistant. This position is based in Redding, CA.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, detail-oriented, and able to support executive leadership in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and strong communication across multiple departments and programs.
Program Administrative Assistant Compensation:

  • $24.00 - $26.00 per hour depending on experience
  • Full-time position

Program Administrative Assistant - Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Human Services, or related field required
  • Minimum of 1 year administrative support experience required
  • Experience supporting management or executive leadership preferred
  • Strong computer and organizational skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint preferred
  • Ability to create spreadsheets, reports, and professional documents required
