Director of Programs
Location: Redding, California
Compensation: $85,000.00 Salary per year
Director of Programs Job Summary
We are seeking a Director of Programs to oversee and lead program operations within our California division. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and measurable program outcomes within a healthcare or human services environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day program operations and service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with California state regulations and company standards
  • Drive program performance, quality improvement, and client outcomes
  • Supervise and support program staff and team development
  • Partner with executive leadership on strategy and program effectiveness
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and performance tracking
  • May carry a caseload based on program needs

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred for some programs)
