Doug Hambel’s Plumbing has proudly been serving the community since 1988. We are a well-established, locally owned plumbing company looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Office Assistant to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a small office environment, interacting with customers, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate plumbing service calls.
  • Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Enter and maintain information accurately in QuickBooks.
  • Work with Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and general office duties.
  • Multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a busy office environment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and vendors.

Qualifications:
  • QuickBooks experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
