Administrative Assistant

Zielies is looking to hire a full-time Administrative Assistant. You will assist and support various departments within the company to perform general administrative duties.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Organize/Book travel for team members
  • Compose emails for office staff
  • Carry out administrative duties, such as scanning, typing, filing, data entry, etc.
  • Maintain office supplies by tracking inventory, anticipating future needs, and ordering supplies as needed
  • Support and guide office visitors
  • Submit expense reports
  • Equipment tracking reports
  • Prepare and review invoices
  • Develop and maintain contact lists and files
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties
  • Other administrative tasks to support the office staff

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A successful candidate will have previous experience in office administration duties
  • Team player – personable with strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficiency/Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and database management (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
