Job Description:
BW Papersystems is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team!
As a member of our Administrative Support team, working as the Administrative Assistant, you will be required to perform excellent customer service by answering all incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate party. You will greet visitors when they enter the front office and assist them in reaching the proper personnel, promoting, and supporting the front desk company safety and security measures. You will perform mailroom tasks, sorting mail and preparation of outbound mail and faxes throughout the facility. You will provide support to the organization as needed, including administrative services, special projects, and overflow work from all areas.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Perform all aspects of switchboard and front desk tasks as they will be responsible for that from 3:30 - 4:30 and during breaks/vacations.
  • Assist anyone with questions regarding supplies and manage swag items for customers and prepare and send out per requests.
  • Key user for Marquee/Plasma announcements throughout the company Assist with customer visit announcements and other related tasks.
  • Maintaining and scheduling guest offices and conference room availability.
  • Assist with scheduling of company vehicles and allocation of keys for company vehicles.
  • Support teammates by assisting with miscellaneous travel arrangements for Customers & BWP team members visiting Sheboygan.
  • Act as a backup support liaison for the People Team, Field Service, and Wellness Department by preparing necessary tasks, reports, updating communication lists, and upcoming events.
  • Set up and tear down meeting rooms for company meetings and celebrations
  • Comply with company standards for attendance and hours of work.
  • Promote and support company-sponsored affirmative action/equal opportunity efforts.
  • Clean and organize all work areas and equipment in an orderly condition, informing leaders of defective or faulty equipment or materials and unusual conditions, maintaining quality standards, and following safety rules.
  • Perform other duties as requested by your leader.

Basics Qualifications and Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of customer service and/or administrative office experience.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Programs, also being familiar with Microsoft Power Point Presentations.
