Job description

Program Coordinator

Title: Program Coordinator

Reports to: Program Coordination Manager (PCM)

Location: On-site in Columbia, Missouri

Work hours: Monday to Friday; occasional weekend availability for events

Salary: $46,000 to $48,000 annually

MidwayUSA Foundation

MidwayUSA Foundation is looking for a Program Coordinator to join our Program Coordination team. This is a support role at heart. You'll report to the Program Coordination Manager and take day-to-day direction from the Senior Program Coordinator, since the two of you will work closely together to keep grants, donations, and data moving accurately and on time. Everyone at the Foundation plays a role in our mission: changing the future of youth shooting sports, and this is where yours would be.

What you'll actually be doing

โ€ข       Keeping program, grant, and constituent data accurate and up to date in our systems, and flagging discrepancies before they become problems

โ€ข       Processing donations, distributing gift receipts, and helping make sure donors feel recognized and appreciated

โ€ข       Supporting our cash grant program, from processing applications to preparing materials for the Board's Grant Review Committee

โ€ข       Being a first point of contact for constituents with program-related questions

โ€ข       Pitching in on Incentive, Matching, and other Grants Programs as needed

โ€ข       Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs, and some travel and weekend work to support Foundation events

What we're looking for

โ€ข       Someone who's genuinely good at prioritizing and managing multiple deadlines, not just says they are

โ€ข       Sharp attention to detail, especially when accuracy really matters

โ€ข       Comfortable learning new databases and systems quickly

โ€ข       A clear, professional communicator who can handle direction from more than one person at once

โ€ข       Proactive. You follow up on things without being asked twice

Benefits (start Day 1)

Health insurance and savings accounts, vision and dental, life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and a retirement plan. Comp time is provided for weekend event work.
