Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to individuals participating in the Psycho-Social Rehabilitation (PSR) Program
  • Assist participants with developing daily living, socialization, coping, and community functioning skills
  • Support a structured, person-centered environment that promotes recovery and independence
  • Document services and participant progress accurately and in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding participant needs and program activities
  • Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and respectful interactions with participants and families
