These positions often involve strong communication, technical skills, or licensing requirements.

What is the 3 month rule for jobs?

The 3 month rule for jobs generally refers to a probationary period of three months during which an employee's performance is evaluated before confirming permanent employment. Employers often use this time to determine if the employee meets job expectations and to provide necessary training or support.
