LOCATION: Northern California (Santa Clara and San Francisco Counties)

Overview:
Company X is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managed Services Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our managed services department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality services to clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of technical professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional managed services to clients.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor service performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of managed services with other business units.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional development for team members.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex issues and provide timely resolution to ensure client satisfaction.
