Aufgaben
  • Leitung von komplexen, globalen Service-Transition-Großprojekten zur Etablierung einer nachhaltig nutzbaren Support-Organisation (projektübergreifend)
  • Verantwortung für die Konzeptionierung, Planung und Durchführung von Assessments und anschließender Befähigung von Service und Support Organisationen im globalen Kontext in Kooperation mit den Fachdisziplin-Spezialisten zur Bestimmung des Status Quo
  • Eigenverantwortlicher Aufbau der notwendigen Service-Fähigkeiten im globalen Kontext mit dem Fokus auf generischer Befähigung
  • Konzeptionelle Gestaltung von neuen Support-Prozessen sowie Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen durch Best-Practices der globalen Support-Organisation zur Prozessoptimierung sowie Steigerung der Qualität
  • Zentraler fachlicher Ansprechpartner innerhalb eines globalen Service-Implementierungs-Netzwerks zur Sicherstellung der kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung und Know-How-Transfers
  • Fachlicher Support für interne Stakeholder hinsichtlich des Aufbaus generischer Support-Service-Prozesse während der Realisierung von Kundenprojekten
  • Enge Schnittstellenfunktion zur globalen Service-Governance, den globalen Service-Hubs und Service-Projektleiter
