Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience preferred or High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of recruiting experience
  • Working knowledge of the public accounting or a professional services firm is desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Recruit for a national portfolio of Business Transformation & Innovation roles spanning multiple service lines (e.g., Advisory, Tax, Assurance, Benefits & Insurance), aligned to initiatives that modernize workflows, enable technology/AI, and drive measurable change. 
  • Partner with leaders hiring for roles that emphasize process standardization/optimization, requirements gathering, process mapping, and adoption of automation, analytics, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Support hiring for positions that collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders (including technology partners) and contribute to change management, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and evergreen transformation needs across multiple levels (Senior Analyst through Director), ensuring consistent coverage for priority requisitions.
  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies (e.g., passive outreach, targeted market mapping) for hard-to-find transformation profiles with professional services backgrounds.
  • Screen candidates for ability to operate in transformation environments-e.g., requirements gathering, process mapping/workflow documentation, stakeholder facilitation, change enablement, and data-driven decision support

  • Knowledge of Taleo ATS, Oracle Recruit Cloud, Bullhorn CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, results driven environment

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Maintain clear understanding of full cycle recruitment in Financial Services, Public Accounting
  • Work collaboratively with the HR team and hiring managers to understand business objectives, candidate requirements for open positions, consult on key trends for hiring, and develop sourcing strategies
  • Proactively identify, qualify and recruit passive candidates, using innovative sourcing strategies, cold calling, social media and networking tools
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews and refer qualified candidates to management
  • Maintain internal and external job postings across multiple platforms
  • Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Attend networking events as a representative of CBIZ 
  • Ability to maintain a professional presence on social media sites, promote open positions and network
  • Research target companies and organizations to support sourcing strategies
  • Additional responsibilities assigned
