EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in English, Journalism, or a similar major One or more years of technical or business writing experience. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written forms Demonstrated ability to work within deadlines and schedules Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and workloads Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn emerging technologies Demonstrated ability to handle direct customer interaction professionally.

Qualifications

TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS: Degree in English, Journalism or similar major 1-2 years technical/business writing experience Proficiency using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel Excellent command of English syntax, grammar, punctuation and spelling Strong motivation to make a difference Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills. Possesses a strong attention to detail where the highest quality of products is a constant focus. Working knowledge of CMMI. Demonstrates a strong sense of self-motivation and direction.
