• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs and collaboratively set achievable treatment goals.
• Provide evidence-based prevention-oriented therapy approaches that cater to individual client scenarios, ensuring every therapy session is impactful.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review comprehensive treatment plans that reflect clients' progress and adapt to their evolving needs.
• Actively collaborate with external treatment providers and placement agencies to coordinate care and facilitate additional resources for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation including client session notes and treatment progress records, adhering to clinic protocols.
• Participate in regular staff meetings to share insights, foster team discussions, and contribute to a positive and enriching workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals of various backgrounds and age groups seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among other concerns. By understanding the unique dynamics of our patient population, you will deliver tailored therapeutic interventions that resonate with each client's personal experiences.

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Strong understanding of community mental health resources available to clients.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective client interactions and documentation.
• A proven ability to foster rapport and build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and capacity to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

• Experience working with specific populations such as young adults, veterans, or individuals with co-occurring disorders is a plus.
• Proven familiarity with digital tools for teletherapy and electronic health record systems.
