• Engage directly with clients to establish individualized treatment goals tailored to their unique needs.
• Provide prevention-oriented therapy techniques to equip clients with coping strategies and resilience.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review comprehensive treatment plans to ensure optimal client progress.
• Collaborate effectively with other treatment providers and placement agencies to provide holistic care.
• Complete all documentation accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Maintain an active caseload while ensuring detailed records of each therapy session are documented.
• Participate in regular staff meetings to discuss client progress and contribute to team culture.
• Contribute positively to the overall environment and culture of the practice, enhancing team dynamics.

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing varying mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our client population is varied in age, background, and experience, allowing you to apply your skills in a rich and multifaceted environment. Your role will be pivotal in promoting positive mental health outcomes and empowering clients through their therapeutic journeys.

• A fully licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) is required.
• At least one year of experience in mental health counseling or a related field is essential for application.
• Proficiency in utilizing community mental health resources to support clients effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that foster effective client interactions.
• The ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients, building trust and facilitating healing.
• Strong leadership qualities that support teamwork and collaborative practice.

• Experience working within community health settings or similar environments.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and their implementation in providing mental health services.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices.
