Senior Financial Analyst 10888

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Senior Financial Analyst to join a growing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This individual will play a key role in providing actionable insights through financial analysis and reporting while partnering closely with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys working with complex financial data, building financial models, and presenting meaningful insights that drive business performance. This role offers broad exposure across the organization in a collaborative, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data to identify trends, key performance drivers, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
  • Evaluate financial results, develop recommendations, and monitor key performance indicators to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and enhance reporting tools and performance metrics to improve visibility into financial and operational performance.
  • Perform profitability analysis, scenario modeling, and ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and planning capabilities to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
  • Experience within a mid-sized organization, project-based business, professional services environment, or private equity-backed company is preferred.
  • Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with executive leadership and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting platforms, and business intelligence tools. Exposure to Power BI, SQL, or similar reporting tools is preferred.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships across finance and operational teams.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
