Responsibilities

  • Perform and document routine and complex 310S service tasks with accuracy.

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and manuals.

  • Adhere to safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Meet or exceed quarterly performance targets and contribute to territory pipelines.

  • Lead preventive maintenance and replace worn components to prevent failures.

  • Diagnose root causes and implement corrective actions for recurring problems.

  • accurately estimate job scope, time, and parts for service tickets.

  • Maintain detailed service records and update customers on progress.

  • Collaborate with team members and communicate pipeline status to management.

  • Identify opportunities for upsell or additional services to customers.

  • Mentor junior technicians and share knowledge to support professional development.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and properly dispose of waste.


Experience/Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experienced 310S service and mechanical repair work

  • Proficient use of diagnostic tools and manuals for mechanical and electrical systems

  • Strong adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards

  • Root-cause analysis skills and implementation of corrective actions

  • Ability to estimate job scope, time, and parts for service tickets

  • Proven experience in preventive maintenance and component replacement

  • Documentation: detailed service records and progress updates to customers

  • Strong communication to collaborate with team and convey pipeline status

  • Ability to meet quarterly targets and contribute to territory pipelines

  • Upsell ability and identifying additional service opportunities

  • Mentoring junior technicians and sharing knowledge for development
