Baltimore Ravens Cheerleader 2026

Department: Marketing/Entertainment 

General Description: The Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders are a synchronized precision-oriented cheerleading squad with a dance team, stunt base team, and stunt flyer team. The squad consists of dynamic, enthusiastic, and talented individuals who are ambassadors of the Ravens brand and whose hard work, dedication and commitment are part of the overall success of the Baltimore Ravens team.     

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform choreographed dances and cheers as part of the Ravens fan experience and stadium entertainment.
  • Demonstrate a spirited presence and promote/represent the team in a professional and respectful manner during all events, sponsorship, and media appearances as well as Ravens home games.
  • Attend all practices (approximately 6 hours/week), ten regular season home games (approximately 9 hours), promotions and performances (vary based on demand/cheerleader availability) as required during the football season which runs from April through January/Playoffs (if applicable).
  • Cooperate with all coaches, squad members, game officials, and Baltimore Ravens employees.
  • Follow guidelines set forth by the Baltimore Ravens and Cheerleader coaching staff.

Required Education and/or Experience:

  • 3+ years of dance or cheer experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must possess a thorough knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies and fundamental techniques of the sport.
  • Must be an active member in the community and engaged in additional community organizations/businesses.

 

Requisite Abilities and/or Skills:

  • Charming and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Impeccable time management skills and punctuality.
  • Must bring a positive attitude and a passion for football.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both orally and written.
  • Be a role model in the community. 
  • Must have reliable transportation to attend practices, events, and Ravens home games in Owings Mills and Baltimore Maryland.

Physical Requirements:


Dance Team:

  • Must have the ability to meet the physical demands of the position which include, but is not limited to, dancing, running, jumping and twisting while performing a choreographed routine.
  • Must have the ability to move around the field in close proximity to other squad members, Ravens personnel, and NFL staff, as well as perform in all types of weather and temperatures.
  • Must have the fitness level and physical stamina to run 2-3 miles and perform for long periods of time (gameday averages 8-10 hours).

 

Stunt Base Team:

  • Must have the ability to meet the physical demands of the position which include, but is not limited to, tumbling, lifting, throwing and catching other participants of the squad while performing a choreographed routine.
  • Must have the fitness level and physical stamina to run 2-3 miles and perform for long periods of time (gameday averages 8-10 hours).
  • Must be able to lift other members of the squad or 100+ lbs repeatedly.  
  • Must have the ability to move around the field in close proximity to other squad members, Ravens personnel, and NFL staff, as well as perform in all types of weather and temperatures.

Stunt Flyer Team:

  • Must have the ability to meet the physical demands of the position which include, but is not limited to, dancing, running, jumping, twisting, tumbling, flipping, lifting and being lifted, throwing and being thrown, catching and being caught by other participants of the squad while performing a choreographed routine.
  • Must have the fitness level and physical stamina to run 2-3 miles and perform for long periods of time (gameday averages 8-10 hours).
  • Must be able to lift other members of the squad or 45+ lbs.   
  • Must have the ability to move around the field in close proximity to other squad members, Ravens personnel, and NFL staff, as well as perform in all types of weather and temperatures.

These requirements are subject to change based on changes to choreographed routines.

All cheerleaders must be physically fit a well as maintain the standards of appearance (including grooming standards) set forth for the Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders.
