Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Production Team Lead to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This individual will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments while maintaining accurate shipping and receiving records. The ideal candidate will possess strong Leadership and team coordination skills, effective communication and problem-solving abilities, and more listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $18-$19.50
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • 3:00pm-11:30pm, Mon-Friday
  • Located in Indianapolis, Indiana

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee production team members during assigned shifts
  • Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards
  • Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and adjust staffing as needed
  • Train, coach, and support employees on equipment, processes, and procedures
  • Enforce safety rules and company policies consistently
  • Conduct station audits for matching quantities
